By purchasing digital scripts, accessing our client portals, or utilizing our IT consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our software or platforms.

2. Software Licensing & Source Code Rights

Purchased scripts, web templates, AI bundles, and mobile kits are delivered with commercial usage rights:

• Commercial Usage: You are granted a non-exclusive license to deploy, modify, and integrate the unencrypted source code into your own commercial and client projects.
• Restrictions: You may not publicly re-distribute, leak, or sell the raw unencrypted codebase as a competing open marketplace script without a dedicated White-Label Reseller Agreement.

3. Domain Handling & Expiration Responsibilities

While our automated WHOIS and DNS checking tools provide timely alerts regarding domain expirations and SSL renewals, domain registrants maintain final responsibility for funding their registry renewal fees before registrar grace periods elapse.
