Website Use & Post-Handover Support Policy

Updated: September 2026

Website Use & Post-Handover Support Policy

Official legal documentation and governance protocols for ePrince Biz Solutions.

1. Purpose and scope

This policy applies to website design, website development, redesign, and additional website work delivered by ePrince Biz Solutions. It explains the shared responsibilities that apply once a website has been reviewed, accepted, and handed over.

2. Acceptance and handover

Before handover, we test the agreed core journeys against the approved scope and provide the agreed access, files, or deployment information. Handover confirms that the delivered work has been reviewed for the agreed purpose at that time. It does not guarantee future performance after changes to content, accounts, users, integrations, hosting environments, third-party services, laws, or platform rules.

3. Customer responsibility after handover

  • Use and content: The customer is responsible for the website’s content, communications, offers, data, users, permissions, and all activity carried out through the website or by anyone given access to it.
  • Compliance: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the website and its use comply with applicable laws, platform rules, advertising policies, privacy obligations, intellectual-property requirements, and industry-specific rules.
  • Access and security: The customer must keep credentials secure, limit administrative access, use appropriate passwords and recovery methods, and promptly tell us about suspected compromise.
  • Changes after acceptance: The customer is responsible for outcomes caused by customer edits, third-party plugins, external integrations, account changes, or work performed by another provider after handover.

4. Third-party and hosting services

Registrars, hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, cloud platforms, app stores, social platforms, and similar services are independent third parties. Suspensions, blocks, outages, policy actions, fee changes, malware introduced outside our work, and account restrictions can occur outside our control. We can investigate and assist where agreed, but third-party charges, recovery work, upgrades, renewals, specialist remediation, or replacement services may require customer approval and funding before work begins.

5. What our support covers

Our commitment to practical support remains central. During any agreed support period, we will investigate reproducible issues directly caused by our delivered code or agreed development dependencies and work in good faith to resolve them. Support scope, response times, maintenance, monitoring, backups, security updates, content changes, and third-party administration are governed by the applicable proposal, support plan, or written agreement.

6. Limits and fairness

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ePrince Biz Solutions is not responsible for indirect losses or for events outside the agreed scope and our reasonable control after handover. Nothing in this policy removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits responsibility for our failure to provide the agreed services with reasonable care and skill.

7. Our continuing promise

We remain committed to building useful, dependable digital services and to supporting clients honestly when issues arise. Our goal is to give clear advice, explain options, and provide the best practical assistance within the scope we have agreed together.
